Standard delivery items
- Standard delivery items are usually dispatched within 2 working days. These items will usually be dispatched separately from any furniture orders you place and require a signature upon receipt.
- Upon dispatch of your items you will receive an email confirmation. Your goods should be with you within approx 48 – 72 hours of this email being sent.
- If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from the delivery provider. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up directly with them.
- To discuss delivery of products outside of the UK, please email email@example.com .
- For orders within Europe Zone 1, but greater than 2kg, please email firstname.lastname@example.org .

Standard delivery accessory items:
- In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
- If for any other reason you wish to cancel this order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods, along with a completed returns form within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Providing goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Any refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order.
- Please note that we will not refund the initial delivery charges except if the item(s) are being returned due to damage or a fault.
- The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
