Standard UK delivery	£4.95 (Free Shipping on orders over £80)

Standard delivery items

Standard delivery items are usually dispatched within 2 working days. These items will usually be dispatched separately from any furniture orders you place and require a signature upon receipt.
Upon dispatch of your items you will receive an email confirmation. Your goods should be with you within approx 48 – 72 hours of this email being sent.
If you are not at home to receive your goods, you will receive a notification card from the delivery provider. Please arrange for your free re-delivery or pick-up directly with them.

International delivery

To discuss delivery of products outside of the UK, please email hello@duskfurniture.co.uk .
For orders within Europe Zone 1, but greater than 2kg, please email hello@duskfurniture.co.uk .

Returns

Standard delivery accessory items:

In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged please contact us on receipt at hello@duskfurniture.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
If for any other reason you wish to cancel this order or are unhappy with your goods, please return the goods, along with a completed returns form within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Providing goods are in a completely saleable condition and in their original packaging, we will issue a full refund. Any refunds will be issued to the card used when placing the order.
Please note that we will not refund the initial delivery charges except if the item(s) are being returned due to damage or a fault.
The cost of returning the goods is your responsibility and the goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
